Itinerary

Here is a typical itinerary of your next holidays.

Day 1 : Virgin Gorda – The Baths

The beggining of the adventure ! Our luxury catamaran Curanta Cridhe will pick you up on Beef Island at the airport upon arrival. The hostess Anne and the Captain Thierry will welcome you onboard. As Anne helps you settle in, Thierry will pop a bottle Champagne to celebrate the beginning of a magical adventure. After a brief introduction to the Yacht and the Islands, the dock lines will be released and the sailing will begin. Entering the Sir Francis Channel, we’ll make our way over to Virgin Gorda, an idyllic retreat which is less developed and slower-paced than Tortola. Our first stop, The baths, will set the tone to your wonderful adventure. Set on the west end of Virgin Gorda, this fascinating National Park will enchant you with its immense boulders, scattered along stunning beaches and providing grottos and pools where you can walk through and explore this natural phenomenon. After enjoying your first day in paradise, we will lift the Anchor and cruise over to the other side of the island where you’ll find North Sound, a selection of great overnight anchorages which is also the hot spot for onshore entertainment. Live music, dancing, wining and dining!

Day 2 : Anegada

After waking up to the delicious aroma of fresh coffee, you will enjoy a complete breakfast, while the crew take you to the next destination : Anegada. The trip to Anegada is a beautiful sail and provides the true Caribbean adventure. Being the only coral atoll in the BVI, it offers some of the best beaches in the Caribbean. The island offers extensive spectacular reefs and more wrecks than any other Caribbean Island which makes it perfect for a day of snorkeling. With its deserted beaches and several unique salt ponds, the island attracts Flamingos. After a day of exploration you can relax on the trampolines with a cocktail in hand, watching the glorious sunset before settling down on the waters edge for a Lobster Feast – the best of the Caribbean.

Day 3: Jost Van Dyke

Breakfast is served, coffee is brewed, we are ready for a new adventure ! After a couple of tacks, we arrive in Jost van Dyke. Named after a Dutch pirate the island is renowned for its laid-back style, its beautiful white, sandy beaches and local entertainment. If the weather permits, we can take a little tender trip to island and enjoy the Bubbly pool. During a North swell, this little rock pool turns into a natural jacuzzi. The walk to this amazing natural bath offers magical views of the BVI. After a relaxing morning in this natural spa, we head towards White Bay, famous for its hammocks, beach activities and beach bars. Relax and enjoy the rest of the evening as your chef prepares an extravagant seafood feast.

Day 4 : Norman Island

A perfect sail for another perfect day : let’s head back to the open water of Sir Francis Drake Channel. Along the way to Norman Island we will stop at the Indians. Don’t underestimate the potential of these dark colored rocks as they provide an amazing diving and snorkeling experience. The reef is like a wall of colorful coral, sea fans and tropical fish. Your snorkeling adventure continues when you arrive at the Bight in Norman Island. We will pick up a mooring ball and enjoy some more spectacular snorkeling in the caves. Let yourself drift away on these well protected seas and dream about the Treasure Island, as these caves inspired the novel of Robert Louis Stevenson. After a good day in the calm water of the BVI, enjoy sunset drinks and dinner at the William Thornton « Willy T’s », a great floating bar and restaurant anchored in the bay.
